Kevin Harvick Inc has signed former Formula One driver Nelson Piquet Jr to drive a KHI Chevy for the entire Camping World Truck Series season in 2011. The team also signed former Red Horse Racing crew chief Jeff Hensley.
Turner Motorsports announced that is has signed Brandt Consolidated, an agriculture technology company, to sponsor the team’s No. 31 Nationwide Series Chevy, which will be driven by Justin Allgaier during the 2011 season.

Keyed-Up Motorsports is planning on running the first five Sprint Cup races of 2011, according to Jayski. Scott Riggs is rumored to be the driver, with engines provided by Earnhardt Childress engines. Doug Richert is expected to be crew chief. Nothing official, however, has been announced.
According to its Facebook page, Whitney Motorsports indicated that they will be running a Chevy next season in the Sprint Cup Series. Last season, the team fielded both Dodges and Chevys. It is unclear whether or not they’re running only Chevys at this point.
Scott Speed is suing Red Bull over his termination from the team earlier this month. He would not discuss specifics about the case, but he did say that he had a contract with Red Bull for 2011. He is currently seeking a stock car ride.
Penske Racing and the Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA) have signed a multi-year extension of their sponsorship agreement. The AAA will sponsor Penske’s No. 22 Sprint Cup team and driver Kurt Busch for five races next season.
