Tommy Baldwin Racing has announced that Casey Mears will drive the No. 36 Chevy starting at this weekend’s race at Richmond International Raceway. Mears takes over for Johnny Sauter who drove the car in the last two races. Mears started the season with Keyed-Up Motorsports in the No. 90, then left the team to serve as Denny Hamlin’s backup as he recovered from knee surgery. Hamlin stayed in the car and Mears never got the opportunity to drive.
