ABC college football analyst Bob Griese was suspended one week by the network for making an on-air comment about Juan Pablo Montoya during the broadcast of the Ohio State-Minnesota game. The promo featured the top 5 drivers in the Sprint Cup standings, which Montoya fell out of due to a poor finish at Charlotte. When asked where he was, Griese said “He’s out having a taco.” He has since apologized twice.
