SceneDaily is reporting that Aric Almirola has filed papers in court indicating that he is in a breach-of-contract dispute with Earnhardt Ganassi Racing. Almirola has 20 days to file a complaint in the matter. Almirola drove the No. 8 car for seven races this season before the team was shut down due to a lack of sponsorship.
