Driver Carlos Pardo was killed when his car hit the wall at the entrance of pit road during the final laps  of a NASCAR Mexico race. Pardo’s car hit the wall and disintegrated on impact. Pardo was flown to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. He was later declared the winner of the race.
